I saw a good deal on iMOB Shop and would love to have it. How do I do so?

Here’s how to do so in a few easy steps: 

1.Click on the deal that you want 2.Click on buy now 3.Proceed to checkout 4.Make payment and receive confirmation order email 5.Reach out to the relevant suppliers/merchants to collect your order using the confirmation order e-mail as proof of receipt


And that’s how easy it is to get whatever you want on iMOB Shop. 


2) Payment

What are the payment methods at iMOB Shop?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with Visa and MasterCard. 

You may also enjoy exclusive privileges by using iMOB Shop's official card - Citibank SMRT Platinum Visa Card. 

Diners, JCB and American Express are not accepted. 


3) Delivery

Can the items that I purchase be delivered to the place of my preference?

Shop at iMOB Shop and have selected items delivered right to you by our suppliers/merchants.

Refer to your confirmation order e-mail for more delivery information.


4) Exchange/Return

I bought something and need to return it or do an exchange. Can I do so?

Our merchants will take care of your request for exchanges or returns. Their contacts are available on the confirmation order e-mail.


5) Secure Shopping

Is your site secured? 

Of course.

Shop at iMOB Shop with a peace of mind as we value and protect any information entrusted to us.

Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL encryption directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.


6) Discount Code

If I have a "discount code", how do I use it?

"Discount code" can only be used during checkout. Please log in to your account to enjoy the discount.

1.Go to your shopping cart. 2.Enter your "discount code" into the "discount code" field. 3.The discount will be applied to your grand total 4.Enjoy your purchase


7) WINK+ eVoucher Code

How do I use my WINK+ eVouchers?

1.On your WINK+ mobile app, convert your WINKs to eVoucher (It is up to you to set the eVoucher value). 2.Copy the eVoucher code and click on the iMOB Shop button (top-right corner) to start shopping. You must sign in/sign up your iMOB Shop account to use. 3.At the Checkout page, paste/enter the eVoucher code in the Discount Codes box to enjoy the applicable discount. Do take note that the Checkout amount of $0.00 (zero) is   NOT  allowed. 4.Complete the payment process by keying in your credit card details at the payment page.


IMPORTANT!

-Once generated, WINK+ eVoucher codes have a validity period of 1 month only. -If you faced issues or difficulties in using your eVoucher code(s) during the Checkout, please  Contact Us within the validity period. 8) Invoice

Why have I not receive my invoice after making a purchase?

Invoices are sent via the confirmation order e-mail. Otherwise, try the following:
